Just got home from Paris Motors with my new Subaru Outback. We were in desperate need of a new car after our well loved Trax was totalled, and the stress of dealing with insurance and Ally had us all sorts of crabby and at our wits end. Thankfully, Jake was so peppy and helpful, also super quick with processing financing. Levi wasn't pushy with anything, even though it was almost the end of the month. Neither of them made me feel weird or pressured, or talked down to me because I'm a woman that knows only the bare minimum about cars. Please support this lovely little family owned company!!

I just want everyone to know Paris motors on Division in Grand Rapids Michigan. Our wonderful Jake and Gannon were amazing they were so helpful and fast in finding me the best vehicle for me after closing the deal and making it possible to leave with a Beautiful Mazda there Was sensor malfunctions they took it upon themselves to fix it for me at their expense and even provided me with a loaner so that I would have a vehicle for my business. I realize they did not have to provide me with a loaner, but they went on and beyond customer service highly recommend this great place I never thought that purchasing a vehicle would be this easy as in the past it was always a nightmare, making me hate to deal with dealers because all they want is to make their commission, but this was not the case I feel they are truly genuine. thank you Paris Motor♥️
