After a recent auto accident, my wife and I were forced to shop for a good used vehicle to replace a much loved car. After much online window shopping, I visited Marc at Paris Motors and looked through their large on lot inventory. Marc was more than accommodating (as you might expect from a good salesperson) but that is where the good service just began. His follow up was terrific and he has kept every promise that he made. We decided to purchase a Honda Odyssey and Marc took good care of us through the entire process, even when a few corrective fixes were called for after the sale. The vehicle is super clean and runs/drives like new. I would strongly recommend Paris Motors to anyone shopping for a used car, truck or van.

Paris Motors was very honest and helpful. They even fixed up a couple problems with our vehicle after the purchase for no cost. We purchased an Odyssey and had no knowledge of when the timing belt had been replaced. Paris agreed to change the timing belt and water pump for about half the regular cost, and the deal would be good before or after purchasing the vehicle. It seems the #1 priority of Paris is building trust with the customer.

I recently recommended my friend Beth go check out Paris Motors as she was in the market for a new pickup truck. She ended up purchasing a Dodge Ram 1500 from them and couldn't have been happier! I had a great experience with Paris Motors. I was looking for a vehicle for my son and didn't want to pay "Dealership" prices but also wasn't comfortable buying private party. I worked with David and he provided me with a great Jeep Wrangler at a great price. The communication through the whole process was excellent and the transaction was easy and handled professionally. A few days after we had the vehicle the service engine light came on. I stopped by and they hooked it up and found that it was an O2 sensor. Even though there was no warranty they took care of it for me for free. I know an O2 sensor repair isn't a big deal but they didn't have to do it for free as the vehicle was purchased "as-is" and it was just a case of bad timing that it failed a few days after I made my purchase. I would definitely purchase from them again.

We found our 2002 Honda Civic from Auto Trader which directed us to Paris. We traveled from Kalamazoo and were pleased with their extended hours to allow us to travel from out of town during the week to check things out. The price on the vehicle was fair to blue book and we found the sales staff friendly. On some of my concerns regarding repairs before buying, the salesman was willing to take care of my concerns at "cost" saving us money on things that I knew I had to eventually address. Not too many car salesmen will take this approach and I found it to be refreshing. I feel that the people at Paris were more concerned about setting up a repeat buyer relationship with us than anything else. All in all we had a pleasant experience from buying a car from Paris and would recommend it to others.

I purchased a vehicle from Paris Motors and was very pleased with not only the car but also to the attention I received from the staff. I bought a Ford Explorer Sportrac from Paris Motors and I am really happy with it. The car was well priced and although high mileage was remarkably clean and looked after for a 12 year old car so Marc and the guys at Paris really know their stuff when looking for cars to re-sell. They offer servicing too - so I will definitely be taking it back for the regular maintenance and I would trust them to give me a heads up if anything needs replacing. Decent people offering high mileage yet reliable cars - highly recommended.

I didn't purchase my car thought Paris Motors, but recently took my car to them for servicing. I purchased my car from another small dealership and the car turned out to be a lemon. The dealership I purchased it from would not stand behind their product, so after talking to a salesman at Paris Motors, I took my car to them for service. A larger dealership on 28th street quoted me $3600.00 for all of the work that needed to be done. Paris Motors gave me a quote on before I even dropped off my car and promised to stick behind it. They communicated throughout the entire process and I was able to drive away spending $1100.00 less and my car is running great. Due to the service I received, I would look at Paris Motors when I am ready for my next purchase.
